Jane Keresztes is a former teacher who thrives on helping others achieve their goals and fulfill their dreams through education and counselling.
Jane received her Bachelor of Education at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, and then began a journey to western Canada, teaching children in three provinces along the way.
In 2005, Jane supplemented her education and graduated as a Career Practitioner from Kwantlen University College. She also gained qualifications in Personality Dimensions and Job Club Leadership Training.
In her education and counselling career to date, Jane has worked with people from all age groups. She has particular experience working with Youth in need of direction and focus in their lives.
Jane is comfortable working with clients engaged in career and education exploration in both one-on-one settings and group situations. In addition to her counselling skills, Jane is also an experienced public speaker and facilitator.
Jane lives in the South Surrey area with her husband and three sons, who are all on their way to successful careers!
Alison Ireland is a BC Certified Career Development Practitioner with extensive experience assisting youth and adults in the capacities of Employment and Career Counselling. A large part of her work involves working as an E-Counsellor with numerous clients online as well as managing the content for two Youth Career websites for the past two years. Alison has also spent much of her career facilitating Career Development and Job Search Workshops for youth, adults, skilled immigrants and persons with disabilities.
In 2002, Alison graduated from Simon Fraser University with a degree in English Literature and Educational Psychology followed by a certificate in Career Development Practitioner Training from Kwantlen University College. Alison is licensed to administer the Personality Dimensions Assessment and also holds certificates in Job Club Leadership, Essential Skills, Stages of Change and is working towards becoming a Certified Interview Strategist.
Alison presents at provincial and national Career Development conferences annually on topics such as Virtual Counselling, Career Exploration and Youth Engagement. She lives in South Surrey with her husband and high energy labrador retriever.
